What is the County Loop Affiliate Program?
A program that allows Chambers of Commerce and individuals to earn commissions by referring businesses to County Loop’s advertising and directory services.
Who can become an affiliate?
Chambers of Commerce, nonprofits, local organizations, and individuals who want to promote County Loop in their community.
How do I sign up?
Simply fill out the online application on our Affiliate page. Once approved, you’ll receive your unique referral link and media kit.
Do I need to pay to join?
No. Joining the County Loop Affiliate Program is completely free.
How much can I earn?
Commissions range from 30% to 45%, depending on the product. For example: - Standard Directory: $99 commission - Premium Directory: $225 commission - Elite Directory: $351 commission - Pint-Glass Ad: $142.50 commission - Full Run Bonus: up to 35% total commission - 20% to 45% on Classified ads
When do I get paid?
Payments are made Net 40 (forty days after the end of each month).
Is there a payout minimum?
Yes. You must reach $100 in commissions before receiving a payout. If you don’t reach it, your balance rolls over.
How will I get paid?
Affiliates can choose their payment method (ACH, PayPal, or check). You’ll provide your details during signup.
Do commissions apply to renewals?
Yes. Affiliates earn on initial sales and applicable renewals, subject to program terms. There must be a Contract agreement signed in order to receive renewals.
How are referrals tracked?
Each affiliate gets a unique referral link and coupon code. Our system tracks sales back to you. We Only use IDEVAFFILIATE.com a Leader in affiliate software and tracking.
How long do cookies last?
Cookies last 30 days. If someone clicks your link and buys within that time, you get credit.
Will I get marketing materials?
Yes. Affiliates receive a media kit with graphics, templates, and promotional copy. All are located in the County Loop Affiliate Portal.
Can I see my sales in real time?
Yes. Affiliates have access to a secure dashboard to view clicks, conversions, and commission earnings.
Are there any restrictions on promotion?
Affiliates must use ethical marketing practices. No spam, false claims, or misleading ads are allowed.
Can I use paid ads?
Yes, but you may not bid on County Loop brand terms without written approval.
What happens if I break the rules?
County Loop reserves the right to withhold commissions and terminate affiliates who violate program terms.

Chambers can earn non-dues revenue by promoting County Loop to their member businesses.
